Treat AI transformation as an operating-model change rather than a collection of isolated tools. You will create a use-case portfolio scored on value and feasibility, examine department-level applications, build ROI cases, make build-versus-buy decisions, and define governance, risk, and policy.

The program connects strategy to execution through a target operating model, adoption plan, and change-management approach. Assessment includes a midterm quiz, a written final, and a capstone roadmap covering the first 90 days and the following two quarters, presented as an executive proposal.

The four-week program is taught in English and includes two two-hour live sessions each week plus an approximately two-hour asynchronous lab per session. Grading is Pass/Fail, with 70% required to pass.
